Return Policy

Returns/Exchanges

Smile Stream Solutions accepts returns on all purchases within 45 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Exceptions to this policy—such as for items that are damaged or defective—will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@smilestreamsolutions.com with your order number and reason for the return. A return label or Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued upon approval and must be included with the returned items for proper identification. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds or credits will be issued in accordance with the guidelines outlined below, following inspection and processing of the returned product.


Exchanges

Smile Stream Solutions will provide replacements for damaged or defective products following receipt and inspection of the returned items.

For products that were ordered in error or incorrectly, exchanges will be processed upon receipt of a request specifying the correct items needed. Both the originally shipped product and the replacement item will be invoiced. A credit will be issued for the original order once it is returned in acceptable condition.

Return shipping labels and reimbursement for shipping costs may be provided at the discretion of Smile Stream Solutions.


Refunds/Credit 

Once your return is received and inspected you will be either refunded or credited, at our discretion, within 24-72 hours after approval.

If there is an issue with the return that could result in the rejection of the refund we will email to notify you of the issue.

Refunds will be made to the original card of payment and credit memos will be emailed upon processing.


Late or Missing Refunds 

If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend taking the following steps:

1. Check your bank account to confirm whether the refund has been posted.

2. Check with your bank. Additional processing time may be required before the transaction is reflected on your account.

3. Contact your credit card provider. Processing times can vary and it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

If you have completed the above steps and still do not see your refund, please contact us at info@smilestreamsolutions.com with the details of your situation and the order number that the refund applies to. We will be happy to assist you further.
