Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only offer returns on items that are defective or damaged.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be either an order confirmation email or invoice.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This means we will check if the item is either defective or damaged.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 weeks. The refund amount will be the full refund amount minus any shipping costs for the issued return label.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com with an explanation of your situation.
Smile Stream Solutions guarantees all handpieces to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from date of purchase. Speed Series handpieces are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from date of purchase - provided that the handpiece has been operated and maintained as prescribed in the handpiece instructions (at the discretion of Smile Stream Solutions) and has not been subjected to apparent misuse, abuse or accident. All questionable, defective, or loose parts must be returned to Smile Stream Solutions, with proof of purchase.
If there is an issue please fill out our Return Form, return the handpiece with the Return Form and we will diagnose the handpiece according to these guidelines.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to be issued an RMA number and return label to send the handpiece in to our Repairs Department.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the wrong items has been ordered we would be happy to exchange them for the correct items. Please send us the items you wish to exchange and we will work with you to order the correct items. Please be aware that you will need to pay for the items to be shipped back to us as well as shipping back to you, along with any difference in price between the items being exchanged.
