Orders are typically process within 1 business day if the order is placed before 2pm CST.  All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered by Smile Stream Solutions on weekends or holidays.

Shipments may be delayed by a few days if SmileStream is experiencing a high volume of orders. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be significant delay in shipment of your order, SmileStream will contact you via email or telephone.

The shipping cost varies depending on many factors such as shipping distance, value of the products, weight of the product, and the shipping method.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

If you are not seeing the product on the website you can check our online catalog to see if it is there or contact us by phone (720) 689-1536 or email (info@smilestreamsolutions.com) to see if we offer it. If we do not currently offer the product we will add it to our list for consideration to be added to our site.
