Executive Team

The executive team at Smile Stream Solutions is made up of our Owner, CEO, and COO/CTO. Together, they make the investment and business planning decisions that support both our strategic goals and day-to-day operations. They not only stand on the hill in observance of the competitive landscape, but are in the trenches in daily support of our needs.

Our company is powered by a tightly knit and high-energy team that thrives on collaboration and camaraderie. Operating in a decentralized format, we efficiently serve customers throughout the U.S. and abroad. Our dynamic structure consists of five core teams.

Each team works closely together, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers while maintaining a friendly, approachable atmosphere. Despite our size, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients around the world.

Team Goals

Support

From the top down, our team goal is to deliver proactive service by anticipating customer needs and addressing them before they become challenges. By being ahead of the curve, we increase customer satisfaction and drive sales growth (2-7%*). All Active Customers should have contact proactively at least once a month in 2025 via phone channel.

Responsiveness

According to Forbes less than 4% of Customers will stay with a Company if they’ve had a bad experience. Waiting overly long or having to contact us again without having gotten any answers decreases trust and likelihood for repeat business. Our Service Goal this year is less than 24 hours for all Support Resolutions.

Growth

Likewise, a positive customer experience helps you acquire new customers free of charge by convincing new prospects to interact with your brand. Customer retention decreases Churn Rate thus reducing, not only Marketing costs, but also Customer Acquisition Costs and Customers are 30% more likely to be a repeat Customer if they’ve had a positive Customer experience. All of which increases Sales

Operations Team

Our operations team includes Supply Planning, Fulfillment, Sales Operations, and Information Technologies. Supply manages over one hundred domestic and international manufacturing partners, while fulfillment manages our 3PL distribution center and our Colorado based processing center. Sales Operations serves as a hub through which all inventory status and sales order information flows through to ensure we are communicating at the highest level with our customers. Lastly, IT ensures that our Technological Systems are providing us all with the tools we need to function most efficiently.

Finance Team

The order to cash process along with reporting, collections, payables, and tax compliance is one of the most critical functions in any business and is no different in ours. Between both our retained and third party service providers, our Finance team not only supports our accounting function, but also ensures that we have the data necessary to make the most informed decisions possible.

Account Management Team

Our team of Inside Sales and Service Account Managers are committed to delivering white glove, VIP-level service with every customer interaction. They go above and beyond to ensure that every account feels valued, cared for, and supported at the highest level. Through proactive, attentive, and intuitive account management, they build strong relationships that turn customers into loyal members of the Smile Stream Solutions brand family. By anticipating needs and providing tailored solutions, our account managers ensure that each client not only receives exceptional service but also experiences a partnership that drives their success.
