Custom whitening kits will have your logo or image on the outer white box with any additional wording or text. Image needs to be in a high quality PDF, JPEG, PNG, or VECTOR format.

To receive custom whitening kits:

1. Upload image or photo

2. Add wording or text you would like on the box, including any specific instructions such as whitening percentage, font, color code and text location on the box.
