SmileStream Whitening Kits are a great promo item for giveaways or debond kits for your patients. Reward your patients with a custom whitening kit with your practice logo on the box. Our kits are made with Carbamide Peroxide 22% bleaching agent.
Kits include two 3ml full syringes and application instructions.

Custom whitening kits will have your logo or image on the outer white box with any additional wording or text. Image needs to be in a high quality PDF, JPEG, PNG, or VECTOR format.
